Client Resources

Below are tools and insights

that I have found to be both extremely helpful

and to have stood the test of time,

not only in my life,

but also in the lives of many of my clients.

The Chill Pill

Listening to The Chill Pill is a very relaxing and pleasant experience and I find that those

who struggle with meditation, often are able to use it to good effect.

Please read all of the text below before listening to the track.

The Chill Pill encourages your brain to relax.

And, when your brain relaxes, you will have less noise in your mind

and your body will relax, too.

All you have to do, is put stereo headphones on and listen.

It couldn’t be easier!

But, please note that this track is not suitable for:

  • pregnant women

  • those who suffer from epilepsy,

  • those who are deeply traumatised or severely depressed

For everyone else, it’s a gem!

I created ‘The Chill Pill’ in a very safe way using brainwave

entrainment technologies (‘binaural beats,’ and ‘isochronic tones’).

Both technologies embed pulses of sound in the background of a sound track.

The pulses of sound will play in the background.

Sometimes you will be able to hear the pulses; sometimes not.

The background pulses will relax your brain and, as a result, your mind and your body will relax and there

will be less mental chatter.

Please note that:

  • The Chill Pill will only work with stereo headphones.

These do not have to be expensive headsets.

Stereo ear buds work just fine

and The Chill Pill will work well with cheap headphones such as those that come with most smart phones.

  • It is very important that you do not listen to this track while doing any other activity.

It’s not safe to do so and it’s not good for your brain.

  • It is fine if you fall asleep while listening to the track.

You will still get significant benefits but please make sure that the track is not looping

(i.e. playing over and over again).

I have used this track with great success with many people.

Very occasionally, I find that someone feels a bit more tense – in the first five

minutes or so. They may, for example, feel a tightening in their chest. If this

happens to you, know that this is simply your mind resisting the relaxation.

It will pass!

Simply continue listening and you will find that you will begin to relax in a

most pleasant way.

You can listen to the track online or you can download it.

Please do not share the track without my written permission.

Most importantly, enjoy the experience!
